Preparation:
Place a sheet of paper on the floor, right against a wall.

Stand upright:
Stand on the paper with your heel touching the wall.

Mark the length:
Draw a line in front of your longest toe while standing (ask for help if needed to measure accurately).

Measure:
Measure the distance from the edge of the paper (where your heel was) to the line at your toe. This is your foot length (heel to toe).

Compare:
Use the measured length to find your size in the size chart.
