- Chest Circumference: Place measuring tape horizontally over the fullest part of the chest, holding it loosely.
- Shoulder Width: Measure from shoulder tip to shoulder tip across the back.
- Sleeve Length: Measure from the shoulder point over the outside of the arm to the wrist.
- Total Length: Measure vertically down from the highest point of the shoulder (at the neck).
- It’s best to measure in thin clothing or underwear for the most accurate values.
