Chest: Run the tape measure horizontally over the fullest part, resting lightly.
Shoulder: Measure from bone point to bone point across the back.
Sleeve: From shoulder point to wrist with the arm slightly bent.
Length: From the highest shoulder point straight down.

Garment Measurement Guide (measured flat)

Chest (Width): Armpit to armpit – value x2 = circumference.
Shoulder Width: Seam-to-seam across the back.
